The Nexus Card is issued by the Traveler Trust Program which works with the Canada Border Service Agency. Nexus is a trusted traveler card valid in the United States. It is issued in order to bridge the gap between the U.S and Canada. It works as a secure ID that is handy for the holders to enter back in the United States border from Canada.

How to Activate a Nexus Card
Step 1: If you want to activate your credit card then you will be required to open the TTP website through any computer or mobile supported browser.
Step 2: Wait till the webpage opens and you will find the terms and conditions section. To go further to the next page you must agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 3: In the next step the user is needed to find the “Program Membership” button. Once found select “Activate Membership Card” button under the tab.
Step 4: Finally you must enter the information printed at the back of your Nexus Card and follow as directed by the website. After you submit the activation form a success message will appear on the screen.
If you have an existing Nexus Card account you will not be directed to the card activation page. You can also sign into your existing Nexus Card account using the credentials.
Check Status of Nexus Application
Step 1– Checking your Nexus Card Application Status is easy. For beginning with the status check process, you need to open the website of TTP and log into your account.
Step 2– Accept the terms and conditions and the webpage will display your application status.
Step 1– Customers who wish to access their Nexus account must open ttp.cbp.dhs.gov and accept the terms. Now you will be directed to the login page, which looks as shown below.
Step 2– Click ‘Sign In’ then enter the credentials associated with your Nexus Card account.
